Who will be my cleaner?
You do not want to see a different face every week, so we assign you permanent, dedicated cleaners. The same familiar face, giving you the same great clean every time.
You can trust that your dedicated cleaner is thoroughly vetted: with detailed background checks, state and federal clearances, and experience with all the little things. We typically try 5-6 different cleaners before finding one we like, so you can be confident you have the best one.
How can I know I'm getting what I pay for?
Jays Healthcare believes you must get the cleaning you pay for.
Your cleaners will be mobile-tracked through an app on their phone to pinpoint their on-premises time and ensure peace of mind. Also, a supervisor will be assigned to your property to check on cleaning and conduct frequent inspections to ensure your workplace looks perfect.
What do you charge for providing these services?
We love our clients! They trust us, pay us well, and allow us the opportunity to do our best work. In return, we give them our all.
To see if we are affordable, here are some rough estimates for office cleaning:
- Once a week cleaning of a small office: from $60–90 per service
- Twice a week cleaning of a medium, single-story office: $110–240 per service

I see that you offer contract cleaning. Do you also offer one-time cleaning services?
Absolutely! For any type of cleaning service, we have an option. Whether it's a one-time cleaning service, monthly, annual contract, or long-term contract need, we can meet your needs.
